⭐ “Read this First I rate Cell Phone Repair (CPR) five stars for repairing my decades-old iPod series 7 because this store, and employee Luke are the best I have seen in years. I have spent 30 years in commercial companies and 20 years in Federal Government employment in the areas of mainframe, Unix, personal computer, and telecommunication management in program development, maintenance, quality enforcement, and customer service. I have replaced the batteries on iPod series 5 devices despite the desire for Microsoft to thwart maintenance to make me buy the next version. It was difficult but very doable. When my IPOD series 7 battery gave out, I researched the battery replacement process and decided it would be much more difficult. I looked for a repair service in Virginia Beach. I looked at the reviews for CPR and found some excellent and some bad reviews.” I ignored the bad ones and focused on the positive ones because I have experienced thousands of good reviews and bad reviews. I know how to judge them. I looked for integrity and confidence. When I entered this store, Luke seemed confident. I left it for service. They gave me a fixed price estimate and a tight deadline. Luke warned me of the possibility of problems with opening the box. This was important because that is what the online instructions warned about—Apple used 23 latches to seal the cover and sometimes it is impossible to prevent them from being bent. Luke was the technician who did my repair. He finished on time, under budget (the final parts price was lower than quoted), and amazingly perfect opening and replacement of the battery without the forewarned problems with the 23 latches on the case! While my experience was absolutely perfect, I do not predict your experience will exceed your expectations. What I can say, is that this business, and Luke in particular, will offer you the absolutely best possibility of success with your repair process. Will it be possible to get a tech that is not up to speed or makes a mistake. Yes, I certainly had some of those. But having good techs means you will get great service eventually. Remember this stuff is very complicated and the manufacturers mostly do not put out maintainable products. Then there is the “User error” I encountered a lot as, probably does, CPR.
