I stopped in around 10am, explained my trouble that I was having with the device, and the young lady that helped me took down all my information and my ailing device, and said it would be ready in about an hour. So, we left and then returned about an hour and a half later. My cellphone was ready, it looked as good as new, and most importantly, it now works as good as new!!
