I was able to easily schedule an appointment online and dropped off my phone the next morning. They went through a very thorough function check with me at drop off. They had the phone done about an hour later. When I picked it up, we did another function check to ensure that everything was good to go. I do have to say that comparing my phone with my wife’s phone (same model), the colors don’t seem to pop as much. I can only assume it is because an aftermarket screen was installed. While it is a little disappointing, I don’t think it’s worth docking a star since it was so much cheaper than going to the Apple Store. Aside from the difference in color, you could never tell the screen was replaced and everything works perfectly, which is the most important thing to me.
