It was troublesome because the old phone’s screen was mostly black and half of it was not responding to touch inputs but the rest of the phone was working fine. I was helped by two different people, Leo and Spencer. They went above and beyond to try and find a way to transfer my data, trying multiple different things. The normal way of using a monitor and mouse to control the phone remotely wasn’t working due to the phone model not being compatible it turns out. It ended up working out in the end just by using the base cable and enough of the prompts needed to click were on the part of the screen that was working, but I truly appreciate all the help they gave before that point.
