Based upon most of the services that I observed at this place, nearly every instance was a phone that got all tore up ‘n’ all, and needed to be replaced. Yes, of course they recommend you get a new phone, but the Geniuses were not pushing “only” the latest phones. They recommended phones that were comparable the broken one. Not everyone needs (or can afford) a new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Max. The Geniuses had the diagnostic tools to shock if my phone was just stuck, or truly all tore up ‘n’ all.
