The guy showed me usage of different apps and let me know that because of excessive usage of one app, battery may or may not be the problem. The phone had not been holding charge for as long as it used to, so I opted for the battery and that was the problem. I really appreciate the fact they were not just trying to push a battery on me whether I needed one or not. I though the price was pretty fair at $55 including installation. I could get the battery for less online but would have to wait 4 days, faster shipping would make the price about the same, but this included installation. I watched a YouTube video on installation but I’m nearly blind and I thought it was a little more than I felt comfortable about trying. Plus, I needed the phone that day, so win, win. The staff was very friendly, very informative, very professional. I say this as a complement, the guys reminded me of the typical “computer geek”, like the geek squad, and that is who I want working on my phone or computer.
