They suggested a screen replacement as well. After verification of my insurance they started working on it. It was late Saturday afternoon. They close at 7 and are closed Sunday. I hadn’t heard anything back by 7 so I was resigned to using my work Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 for a couple days. At 7:06, the technician, Tracy, called and said my phone was almost done and asked how far away I was. I said 15 minutes or so. She said to head that way and knock on the door when I arrived and she would let me in! I got there in 10 minutes, and it was ready! I want to thank Tracy, the technician and Brittany the Manager (who Tracy said helped with the repairs) for Customer Service that goes Above and Beyond the norm in today’s world!
