⭐ “Genius is an understatement. The Genius Lab replaced the cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 in one hour for the same price my carrier Sprint was going to charge. But Sprint wanted me to back up the entire contents of my phone before bringing it in, because when they got it, they were going to wipe it completely clean of everything. Then they were going to send it to Apple to replace the screen because they were not authorized to fix it at their Repair Center. 5 to 7 days later, Apple would send my fixed phone back to Sprint, and then I would have to make another trip to go pick it. Sprint would give me a loaner to use for the time they had my phone, but the first Sprint repair center I called was out of loaner phones. What a hassle with Sprint from beginning to end (and I pay for Insurance on the phone!) I highly recommend the Genius Lab…it will make you feel like a Genius for choosing them.
