⭐ “I had an issue with my appointment, and wish I could give 2 stars for Asurion and 5 stars for the in store team. I was told that the mobile techs could not service my area on my preselected date, which I had for a week, and did not find out until my appointment time. I had been waiting on this appointment and for child care reasons both my husband and I took the day off to get this done. I called the closest store with immediate appointments (an hour away!!) and spoke with Jesus. He assured me I could get my phone repaired same day. I arrived and there was yet ANOTHER Asurion issue. My device had been replaced once, and the IMEI of my current device matched in the system while I made the appointment. But, at the confirmation page, it defaulted back to the old IMEI and showed the old IMEI in store. Jesus and Daniel explained what I had to do (call in) and the repair was able to be done. I was able to call in and fix it. The repair took a while, but they were busy and I appreciate that it was done a bit sooner than the 2hr window in the receipt. Both gentlemen were so helpful and Daniel provided great additional customer support when I had concerns after the repair. Thank you to both of them for helping with this incredibly long day.
