Lovely folks, very fair and extremely honest. If I ever have an issue I can’t fix myself, I’m calling them. — I called this repair shop after I broke my phone screen. I’d taken it to another repair shop built into my local Walmart where they managed to make things worse, so I called these guys to ask for help. Right up, they told me over the phone that a repair for my model of phone would cost more than buying the exact same phone used over Ebay. Since I didn’t want a used phone, and buying new would cost more than the repair, we discussed details on the repair. We talked for a while and they didn’t have the parts I needed in shop, but said if I bought my own parts and brought them in it’d be cheaper. He sent me an Amazon link to an appropriate repair kit. Since I was getting a repair kit anyway, I asked how difficult it’d be to do the repair myself, given I’m pretty decent with tech but have never worked with phones before. He was very forthcoming and told me it was fairly easy, biggest danger was puncturing the battery, and that I could find plenty of YouTube tutorials online. So, I attempted the repair myself, and I had a couple issues at first, so I actually called him back and he gave me MORE free advice and after that, I was able to fix my phone. I practically begged him to let me pay him SOMETHING, a couple bucks at least, because he basically just told me how to put him out of business. He insisted he didn’t charge for over-the-phone advice, but if I really wanted to throw something their way, I could leave a review – so here I am. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, I could tell from the way they talked that they were experts. They know their stuff, they are very straightforward and will tell you when a repair isn’t cost-effective, even if it means they won’t get paid for the job. He was extremely polite and helpful. 10/10. If I ever have a problem with my phone I can’t fix myself, these will be the first people I call!” – Review
