⭐ “April 6, 2021: Phone MD is located on the premises of the Verizon Store at West 86th Street and Ditch Road in Indianapolis, IN. Kruz Shah is the Manager of Phone MD, and Hardeep Singh is he General Manager of the Verizon Store. Both individuals provided me with customer service and technical service for my Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. The results were miraculous! I brought them a phone with a badly fractured touch screen, a broken Home button, and an original battery long past its prime—and they replaced the broken or worn items with new parts and produced my refurbished Samsung Galaxy A53 5G in, what appears to me, to be virtually “like-new” condition. The entire process was quoted on a part-by-part-cost basis, and the repair job as a whole took slightly longer than an hour, longer than just a touch-screen replacement—but only because more repairs had to be done on my phone. However, I believe the extra time and expense were easily worth it, especially considering the substantial cost of new phones. Phone MD performed just an amazing repair job!
