I declined as I could live without the file and asked how much he wanted for his time, and he declined payment, so I left a tip. There were some “priceless” files on the computer that I missed backing up and I was sick that I may have lost them for good. While I drive by Computer and Cellular almost daily, I had never gone in. Don’t let the older looking building fool you, the team that works inside are professional, skilled, helpful and up to speed on the latest technology. I was greeted by Malik, the owner, who said they would do their best to recover the data files. He was positive but could not promise success. By that afternoon, Malik notified me that the data had been recovered from the old laptop and saved on a removable disk to connect to my new computer. Throughout the entire experience Malik was helpful, gave other great advice on how to manage my data and very professional. I was very surprised at the very reasonable cost so I happily included a tip. Computer and Cellular has been in business for over 10 years so they are well established and I’m thankful close to my home.
