I arrived, and he had recently moved, so he texted me the new address(I did not confirm I was coming, not his fault). He works out of his house and checked if that was ok. I went over and decided to leave the computer and wait for his quote after he looked at the issue and asked if I wanted official or off brand parts (the LCD backing and hinge on my laptop were broken, couldn’t open without breaking more). He got back to me within 15 mins, gave me a quote for parts plus labor and said he would order the parts if I approved. Pricing was reasonable so I approved. This was Saturday around 9:30am. By Monday at 10am, the parts had arrived and he had completed the work as requested. Super friendly and knowledgeable, took payment upon collection of the fixed laptop and also added epoxy to ensure longer durability.
