⭐ “Navid Hakakian is great because he explains the problems with your computer very well, tells you the least expensive options as well as other solutions that may be more expensive but he doesn’t push you trying to sell you the more expensive option. He told me about a warranty regarding the new laptop screen that I bought. I noticed when I got home a little red speck on the screen. When I told Navid, he explained that the manufactures don’t consider that a problem to be a big deal because the screens will often have such specks and people usually don’t care. Navid, however, said that I could bring it in and he’d change it without trying to convince me to live with the problem. I was also impressed that he offered to do this because my particular laptop, as I saw from watching him change the screen, a more difficult way of inserting a new screen than most lap tops. An example of this difficulty is that he had to use an instrument to peel off this strip that was tightly glued to the computer. He was careful not to destroy the this piece as he slowly worked on getting it off to screw the screen in. He then used something to re-adhere the strip back to my computer. This strip was crinkled but he worked as best he could to get out the creases. Now getting a new screen will require him to do all this hard work again. I had called him about the red speck on my screen a few days after I saw it so he remembered how difficult it was and still didn’t fuss about me taking it back. There are other instances I could write about what excellent service you will get there. All in all, Navid is trustworthy, helpful, and knowledgeable.
