⭐ “Don’t fight the mall. This small store is located in what looks like a warehouse, that has been converted to a multi-use / multi-tennant facility. Sign in at the desk (only thing I didn’t like) walk down the hall and the mac experience is there in a cozy space. Nothing flashy, or over-produced. Just enough to get the job done. I dropped off my macbook with a blank screen – as it turns out the problem was what I expected it to be – a bad display. I was told it would take 3 business days to get a diagnosis. I had the diagnosis report in my hand the same day. Chris was fast and professional. The cost of the repair was high due to parts cost, but Mac Experience prices were as good as the ‘grey market’ that I would have turned to to fix it myself. The problem was even at Mac Experiences good price — it was still high enough I couldn’t justify the expense.
