They will not check you in if you get there too early (like I did). My phone was replaced for $99 with my Apple Care insurance. Jonathan at my new phone up and I was on my way home at 6:40 pm. The phone I got was the same model as my damaged one and yes, it was brand new. Apple will never give you a refurbished phone. The Apple Store employees work with multiple people at one time, so you have to be patient. Photos taken are a little cloudy due to the broken lenses. The last photo was taken with my new phone. They also helped us select two different Macs and they have incredible patience. The location was clean and easy to find. And the time that staff took to make sure that each guest was taken care of was duly noted.
