I made an appointment for a few days later. When I went to the store for my 11 AM window, the tech on duty, Bill, worked quickly through the two people in front of me in line. And then he helped me with an efficient, professional, and friendly manner. My phone is an older model but Bill is clearly knowledgeable and handled it with ease. He asked me a few specific questions, explained they would need to keep the phone and that they normally tried for a two hour turnaround but that there were a few orders ahead of me. He said it would definitely be before the end of the day. And it was! By 3:30 I got a call and had my phone with replaced battery in hand shortly after. As part of the repair, Bill also offered to check the phone camera when I asked if fuzzy images might be caused by aging battery. Bill checked the camera and made sure it was correctly aligned in the phone. He reported no other obvious issues with the camera and explained that it could be difficult to get a new camera part for this older model. The camera issue improved a bit with the new battery but I don’t plan on seeking further camera repair, will just wait for my next model of phone. The new battery gives me some breathing time before I have to spend a lot more on a new phone. I appreciated the efficiency, clear communication, decent pricing, and again, obvious skill of this technician. This is not some fancy high end computer store, this is a and well run modest store front Bethesda shop that does plain, straightforward great tech support work. Plus, there is super convenient parking at a lot just steps away from the store! Five gold stars, for sure.” – Review
